I had a great experience at Southern Tire Mart while getting my oil changed. The service was quick, professional, and everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Haley at the front desk! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. Her excellent customer service made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about customers. I went there to buy a new tire to put it on a new wheel and then place it on my car . No tire to take off. I would say a 30 minute job at most. I waited a hour and 50 minutes before they even came to get my car . It took a little over 45 more minutes to get car back . People who came in after me was getting there vehicle before mine ever went back . I was told that the techs were thumbing thru the work orders getting the ones that pays them the most . That is not right I am a paying customer just like the others. You pay your bill then they go to printer and hand you a copy. I didn’t look at mine till later and they had changed me a $5 to get rid of my old tire and I didn’t even have one . Frustrated!!!!! Hattiesburg Ms store
